Bourbon Corn Casserole – Karen’s Kitchen
Karen’s Kitchen certainly has some reach! Karen from Arkon, OH made it a point to send us her recipe for Bourbon Corn Casserole.
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/8 C. evaporated milk
3 C. whole corn
3 T. melted butter
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. cornstarch mixed with 3 T. water
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4-1/2 T. Bourbon
3/8 tsp. salt
Cook corn. Mix all other ingredients, add corn and place in buttered 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
